How does the dvr connect to the PC to display the photos and music. is it via ethernet or over the coax connect. Next question can you view the photos and music from each set top box.

set top box communicates with the PC over the FiOS network. If you're computer is connected to the router (wireless or wired) and your set top box is connected to the coaxial cable, then communication will work. You must install the required software program on the computer and setup pictures/music to be shared. I believe only the Home Media DVR (the Motorola QIP-6416) can display the PC content, not any other connected boxes.
