I downloaded the installer for the online backup program and tried to run it, but it stalls after awhile and won't complete the installation. I'm trying to figure out if there is anything in my configuration that might be stopping it. It keeps saying that I apparently don't have administrator rights, which I do. Any ideas? Several calls to tech support haven’t helped.
