I have been with FIOS since June 2008. We have a bundled package called Triple Freedom which has been updated to Triple Play with faster Internet speeds and costs $10 less than our existing package. When I asked if we could get our service updated to the new faster Internet speed, Verizon refused unless we signed another 2 year agreement. They stated that the new speed and lower price is ONLY FOR NEW CUSTOMERS.

This is very apparent that Verizon could care less about their existing customers. They got us now so they don't have to improve their service to us anymore.

I'm not going to sign up for another 2 years just to slightly change my Internet speed.

Cable never gave me this kind of hogwash.
