I was all set up with the fios no problem By mistake I hit the channel button on my tv instead of the fios box. I can now not get back into the fios channels
HELP

NO problem, you just need to switch your tv back to the correct input. How to do this depends on your TV. Turn your FiOS box on and try each of the following until FIOS displays on your TV: - on your TV remote OR on the TV itself, push "Input" (if there is such a button) multiple times until FiOS shows on the screen. - on your TV remote OR on the TV itself, push "TV/Video" (if there is such a button). - on your TV remote OR on the TV itself, change the channel to channel 3 - on your TV remote OR on the TV itself, change the channel to channel 4 - on your TV remote OR on the TV itself, change the channel to channel 00

I would even do a channel scan on the TV so that your TV eliminates any channels that it does not receive.
