I have to add to this forum that I had a pleasant installation experience. Start to end (with underground wiring service from pole to house) went smooth, approx 6hrs total. Verizon guys understood that I was a "neat freak" with my electrical closet and wired up/installed the components to my satisfaction. So far so good, VERY happy with service, speed and selection.
