FIOS has just become available in my area. I have been using satilite for many years and am looking at making the switch. One of the big draws is VOD. My wife and kids watch a lot of Disney and Nick and want to know what sort of shows are available on demand. Is there a place that I cna go online and see what shows will be available on VOD?

I'm not sure of a place online that has a complete Video On Demand listing. This would be especially difficult because the programming changes frequently. I can tell you, after a quick browse, VOD offers the following Disney categories:
  • Disney Channel
  • DCOM
  • Jetix
  • Playhouse Disney
  • RDTV by RadioDisney
  • Toon Disney
    These categories together had a total of a few dozen program selections, most with 3-4 episodes to choose from. I believe the available episodes may change regularly.

    Nickelodeon has at least a few dozen programs as well, some with multiple episodes.
