We received our free HD Zenith TV. A great replacement for our 13 in. kitchen tv. Used it with the Standard STB until the HD was available- all was fine. Got the HD box and the sound was off- lips moved, sound not synchronized. Picture appears, then sound follows several seconds later.
(Using HDMI cable supplied with HD box)
Call Tech support, they thought the box was bad- replaced the box- still have the problem.
Verizon installer of second box said it may be a “feed problem”
We have 2 other standard TVs, both work perfectly with FIOS. Hesitate replacing either one with a HD until we get this figured out.
