I was told last night on the phone that if I re-structure my package to the extreme-hd, I would get that channel, as it is listed as 590 on my on-screen guide. I was prompted to call a number to subscribe...and I still don't get it, and according to the web-site they don't have it, but don't tell TVGuide online.
