How do I get my caller ID to show up on my tv screen? My coworker says she has it.

I am not aware of FiOS every offering this feature. Please double check with your source.

I know that some equipment from Dish Network provides this feature.

I spoke to a Verizon rep recently about a few issues I had, which were resolved with the new interface. I asked about that and they're looking to roll that feature out later this year.
