I have a question for anyone ultra-familiar with the mechanics of VZN FIOS TV.
I have been a customer for over 2 years and have had constant issues with the menus, programming guide and on demand. Typically, I could press a button and then wait up to 2 minues for the display to respond.
A repair tech told me that for those TV services that transit the data path (coincidentally, the very items i had problems with) function properly, the data connection has to be wired to the max speed (40MB) connection. I am trying to get confirmation on this to settle a dipute with my otherwise GREAT fios servcice.
How about it… any one out there with uber-geek level Verizon tech info?
